Description
Looking out a window on a spring day in Wisconsin can be deceiving. Despite the sunny skies and a supposedly mild temperature, there can be strong winds, especially near Lake Michigan where temperatures are often much cooler than farther inland. Waves crashing against the jetties in the harbor are powerful, and any walkways along the them are closed.
